Asian Barbecue Sauce (Char Siu Sauce)
Ingredients:
- Spring onion
- Ginger
- Garlic
- Chili
- Brown sugar
- Tomato puree
- Soy sauce
- Rice vinegar
- Honey
- Pickled ginger
- Coriander
Uses (Ex):
- Place 2 Kgs of pork spare ribs in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure the ribs are evenly coated with the sauce.
